VISION:A department of excellence in Teaching, Research and Discovery of knowledge in Physics and Materials

 

MISSION STATEMENT:  To train and produce graduates with an in-depth knowledge in both the practical and research aspects of physics.

 

OBJECTIVES:

To formulate plans for teaching and practical work based on scientific and technological needs

To evaluate the teaching and practical content every two(2) years to cope with scientific and technological development in the world

To assess/evaluate students’ understanding and ability using at least two(2) tet and two(2) experiments per unit.

To produce qualified graduates with firm scientific, research and technological background.
