Currently, I am a Professor at the department of Educational Psychology, Maseno University where I lecture and conduct research in Psychology, Guidance and Counseling. I am also the Chairman of University Academic Staff Union (UASU-Maseno) as well as a member of the National Executive Council (UASU-NEC). I am also of the Maseno University Senate, where I sit and deliberate on the welfare of its academic staff. I am also a member of the Kenya Guidance, Counseling and Psychological Association (KGCPA) and have over 18 years experience in lecturing and research at the university level. Most of my biases have been in the areas dealing with the psychosocial aspects of Human Growth and Development, as well as in Guidance and Counseling as an emerging behavioral science.
